How to make a Vodka Collins

Summer is almost here again, and here is another deliciously sweet vodka cocktail to wet your whistle and get the afternoon started right in this upcoming season.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

• 2 ounces Vodka
• Sliced lemon
• 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
• Club soda
• Ice

1. Mix the vodka, powdered sugar, and juice from a cut lemon into a cocktail shaker.
2. Then pour the contents into a tom collins glass 1/3 full of ice cubes.
3. Fill the rest of the glass with club soda.
4. Top off with a cherry and a slice of lemon on the edge of the glass.
5. Serve with a straw and party hardy.

• Spear a cherry and an orange slice on a cocktail sword and place it in the drink as a final touch to impress your guests.
